Be in the inbox. Be the answer.

Your buyers live in two places now: the primary inbox and the AI answer. I run both channels done-for-you: outbound that reaches decision-makers, and AEO that gets you named when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews who to use. All of it runs on a 17-agent AI system I built myself.

01 · What I sell

Three offers. Two share one lever.

AI answers name the brands the wider web already talks about, and earning those mentions is outreach, the same muscle outbound runs on. That is why the first two compound instead of competing for budget.

Offer 01 Live

AI outbound that books B2B deals

A done-for-you outbound engine, deliverability first: I handle the infrastructure, lists, copy and reply handling; your team takes the meetings and closes.

  • Dedicated domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up and placement monitoring
  • Signal-based lists: ICP and disqualifiers first, then enrichment
  • Copy written to the buyer’s language, tested in small batches
  • Replies classified by agents and worked to booked meetings

Not list blasting. Pipeline engineering, measured to meetings.

Offer 02 Live

AEO: be the answer AI gives

Your buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews who to use, and act on the one answer. I make sure that answer names you, links you and ranks you first.

  • Visibility baseline per engine, per buyer question, before any work
  • Answer-shaped pages, entity clarity and structured data
  • Source authority: outreach that earns citations models trust
  • Weekly share-of-answers report: who is named instead of you, and why

Offer 03 New

Agentic AI assistants for deal teams

The repeatable pipeline work that eats a coordinator's week, handed to agents instead: qualifying inbound, chasing documents, keeping records current and flagging what actually needs a person. Built for teams where the deal is high value and the follow-up is the bottleneck.

  • Enquiry qualified and routed against your criteria, not a generic script
  • Follow-up that does not stall when the week gets busy
  • Records and documents chased and kept current
  • Every agent output checkable by a person in under a minute

Built for real estate · solar · private equity and M&A

02 · Why me

One operator who owns the whole lever.

A

The lever is outreach

Models name brands the web already corroborates. Earning those mentions is outreach: the exact muscle a 200K+/month outbound operation runs on. Most AEO shops are learning it for the first time.

B

I run it on myself first

This site, my content and my own visibility run the same method. My 17-agent OS is the testbed: nothing ships to a client engine before it has run mine. I do not experiment on your budget.

C

Measured honestly

No vanity dashboards, no invented rankings. Share of answers per engine, placement, replies and meetings; reported weekly, misses included, in numbers you can verify.

03 · How I work

Done-for-you, in four measured steps.

01

Map the buyer

Exact companies, decision-makers and the questions they ask, before a single send.

02

Build the engine

Domains, warm-up, lists and copy, or entity, pages and schema on the AEO side.

03

Send and measure

Small batches, weekly numbers: placement, replies, citations, share of answers.

04

Book and compound

Warm replies become meetings on your calendar; citations become the default answer.

04 · The AI stack

Obsessed with AI. Accountable to numbers.

AI is not something I resell. I built a 17-agent system that runs my own operation end to end: outbound, deliverability, AEO monitoring, reporting. New models are trialled the week they ship; only what survives touches client work.

What the agents run

  • Replies read and classified in seconds: intent, objection, meeting-ready
  • Deliverability watched around the clock: placement, blacklists, warm-up drift
  • AI answers tracked across 5 engines, reported weekly as share of answers
  • Reports drafted by agents, checked and sent by me; judgement stays human

If a step can run on an agent, it already does.

05 · The weekly view

The report is the product you see.

Done-for-you, not software you run. I do the work; this is how you see it: placement and replies on the outbound side, share of answers and who is named instead of you on the AEO side.

06 · Right fit if
  • Your deal size justifies direct conversations with decision-makers
  • Your buyers are identifiable: founders, heads of sales, procurement, ops
  • Buyers research you with AI before they ever reach your site
  • You want one operator accountable for the number, not a handoff chain

Not a fit: no proven offer yet, or volume-for-volume’s-sake lead gen. I will say so on the call.

Behind the work

I build the system, run it on myself, then sell it.

I am not an agency and I do not resell software. I run two done-for-you offers, and both of them run on my own operation before they touch a client.

The seat behind them: revenue growth at Danish Lead Co, a B2B outbound operation running since 2021. 110+ teams served, 10,000+ buyer conversations opened, 30M+ USD in revenue attributed to the systems. On the infrastructure side I am an official partner for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, which is where deliverability stops being theory.

The system behind them started as one script that checked whether my own emails were actually landing. It is now 17 agents: they classify replies, watch deliverability around the clock, track which answers the engines give, and draft the weekly report that I check and send.

That order matters. Build it, run it, prove it, then sell it. Nothing ships to a client engine before it has run mine, which is why I would rather show you the OS working than a slide about it.

The principle
One finished system beats fifteen folders.

Everything here runs on it: one channel proven and measured weekly before the next one starts. It is how the OS got to 17 agents, and how a client engine earns its budget.

07 · Questions

Asked before every fit call.

What do you actually take off my plate?

Everything up to the sales conversation: targeting, infrastructure, copy, sending, reply handling, AEO content, citation outreach and the weekly report. Your team takes meetings and closes.

How fast do results show?

Outbound: first replies inside weeks, judged on meetings by month two. AEO: structural work moves in 30–60 days; citations compound over months. Weekly numbers either way.

Do you guarantee meetings or rankings?

No, and distrust anyone who does. Inboxes and answer engines are probabilistic. What I guarantee is the system, honest measurement, and that I say so early when something is not working.

Where does the AI actually sit?

Everywhere a step can run on an agent: classification, monitoring, drafting, reporting: the 17-agent system that runs my own operation. Judgement, strategy and the call stay human.
